Letter from Dr. Kennelly:
Dear Patients and Friends,
It is with very mixed emotions that I write this letter to you all. I want to thank you all for allowing me to be your dentist over the past five years at Argyle Family Dental. I have enjoyed the conversation and friendships we have formed over my time here. I will truly miss you and the team that makes coming to the office never feel like work.
Our family is relocating to Buffalo, NY where I will be going back to further my education at the University at Buffalo for a specialist residency in endodontics (root canals). We aren’t certain where we will end up after I complete the two year program but there is a chance I’ll see some of you again if you need a root canal in the future!
To be sure you’ll be in great hands and continue to receive top-quality care, I have transitioned the practice to Dr. Ava Khodakhast. She has so much education it will make your head spin. Dr. Khoda earned her dental degree at UMKC. While in Georgia, she completed a 3 year specialty residency in prosthodontics, which is a field of dentistry that focuses on complex treatment plans, esthetics, and replacing teeth. She has a master’s degree in oral biology and has completed additional training in implant placement and restoration. Upon completion of her training, Dr. Khoda challenged herself further and became a board-certified Prosthodontist. I have no doubt that you’re in good hands with Dr. Khoda.
Julia, Brittany, and Mathani will stay on with Dr. Khoda during this transition. The office will remain in the same location and all your scheduled appointments will remain unchanged. All your records will remain in the office so your care will continue uninterrupted. I sincerely hope you will stay on with Dr. Khodakhast as she will continue to provide excellent care alongside the rest of the friendly faces you already know.
Thank you again for allowing me the privilege of providing your care. Wish me luck as I endeavor to further my career. Perhaps I will see some of you again!
